Into a portable power station, the panel's solar leads go to the station's DC solar input - check that the station accepts at least 21.6 V and 11.3 A, and order the correct adaptor cable for its input socket, because they differ between brands. Into a 12V battery bank, the panel must go through a solar charge controller. It never connects straight to a battery: a panel left connected directly will overcharge and ruin the battery.
