The 2019 Opus OP4 is an award-winning off-road camper trailer (Australian Good Design Award 2017, German Design Award 2018) built on a galvanised steel chassis with independent coil-spring suspension, and this unit comes with a 60 L SnoMaster fridge, a stainless 4-burner slide-out kitchen, a hot shower and caravan movers. Questions buyers ask
How does the air-beam tent work? Instead of metal poles, the tent's frame is made of air beams that you inflate with a pump, so the whole tent stands up in minutes. Opus says it cuts set-up time in half compared with a pole tent.
What licence do I need to tow it? With a 1 990 kg ATM it is above the 750 kg light-trailer limit, so plan on a Code EB licence. We confirm the figures for your tow vehicle before you buy.
How many people does it sleep? Four to six: two double beds plus the large seating area.
