The black vehicle filler and mounting kit that fits an Alu-Cab ModCAP base to the load bin of a Toyota Hilux Revo, double cab or extra cab. It sits between the base and the bakkie, filling the gap to the load bin and giving the base its mounting points. Every ModCAP base on a Hilux needs the matching fit kit.
What it fits
- Camper: Alu-Cab ModCAP Camper base (double cab or extra cab, aluminium or glass side windows)
- Vehicle: Toyota Hilux Revo, double cab or extra cab
- For the New Gen Hilux (2026+), use the CC2-FK-TH60 kit instead.
- This kit is for the ModCAP only. The Canopy Camper uses its own kit: CC-FK-TH16.
Included in the ModCAP Camper Kit
This fit kit is included in the ModCAP Camper Kit for the Toyota Hilux (Double Cab R 183 480, Extra Cab R 190 480), together with the base, the two-sleeper tent and the tent filler & mount. Buy it on its own only if you are fitting a ModCAP base you already have, or building the camper part by part.

We fit ModCAP bases with their fit kit at our Bellville workshop: R 7 995 excl. VAT (R 9 194 incl.). Free delivery from Alu-Cab to our workshop for fitment.
