Built tough — the right materials in the right places

At its core is a corrosion-resistant 3CR12 stainless-steel off-road chassis (painted), engineered for long-term durability in harsh conditions. The body is built from anodised hollow-core aluminium panels on an extruded aluminium floor — keeping the structure light and rust-resistant on a chassis that's made to take a beating. It rides on a 2.5-tonne rated braked axle with a parabolic leaf-spring set and shock absorbers for stable towing on corrugations, gravel passes and remote tracks. The spare wheel is winched below the chassis, keeping the load area open for gear.
