A genuine Dometic drain siphon (trap) for the AC540 range, with an angled 20mm waste outlet that drains a sink or basin and stops odours coming back up the waste pipe.
Why This Product
Dometic sink siphons are a wear item on caravan and motorhome kitchens, and a cracked or missing one means a sink that won't drain properly or that lets smells through from the waste line. This is the genuine Dometic AC540 part, sized for a 20mm angled waste connection, so it's a straightforward like-for-like swap rather than a generic hardware-store fitting.
Key Features
- Genuine Dometic AC540 siphon (Dometic part 9102300084)
- 20mm angled waste fitting
- Traps water in the bend to block odours from the waste pipe
- Compact fitting sized to sit under a caravan/motorhome sink
- Direct replacement for the original AC540 siphon
Ideal For
- Replacing a cracked, brittle, or leaking original sink siphon
- Restoring proper drainage on a caravan or motorhome galley sink
- Stopping waste-pipe odours coming back through the sink
- Owners doing their own kitchen plumbing repairs rather than a full sink replacement

This is the siphon/trap fitting only, sized for a 20mm angled waste connection — it is not a full sink or a universal waste kit. Check the waste outlet size and angle on your existing sink before ordering, since Dometic/Smev sinks have used more than one siphon size over the years.

FAQ
Does this include the sink plug?
No, this listing is the drain siphon/trap fitting itself, not a plug or full waste kit.
What size waste outlet does it use?
It's a 20mm angled waste fitting. Confirm this matches your current sink's waste outlet before ordering.
Will this fit any caravan sink?
It's the genuine Dometic AC540 siphon, so it's intended as a like-for-like replacement on sinks built for that fitting — contact us to confirm compatibility with your specific sink first.
