The Front Runner Black Tie Down Rings / Eye Bolts for Tracks fit into the accessory channel on the side of a pick-up load bed to give you a movable tie-down point. They're aimed at bakkie owners who need somewhere secure to hook a strap into on the load bed itself.
Loose gear on a load bed needs somewhere solid to strap down to, and a fixed anchor point is never quite in the right spot. This eye bolt slides along the accessory channel on the side of the load bed and locks wherever you need it, so a strap can go exactly where the cargo sits rather than wherever the factory put a hook.
Ask our team anywhere in South Africa to check your load bed's accessory channel before you order.
Check your load bed's channel type before ordering:
Pair these with a Stratchit strap, browse more Front Runner accessories, or see the wider 4x4 parts and accessories range.
Do I need tools to fit these?
No. The channel nut slides into the accessory channel and the eye bolt tightens by hand.
Will these fit a slat t-slot or roof rack?
No. They are not compatible with slat t-slots. For a Front Runner Roof Rack or Load Bar, use the Black Tie Down Rings / Eye Nuts instead.
How many do I get in a pack?
Two M8 eye nuts, two forged bolts and two nylon washers, sold as a pair.
What can I secure with them?
Use them with a Front Runner Stratchit or any similar tie-down strap to hold cargo on your load bed.
