The Gobi-X Premium Rock Sliders bolt onto the chassis of the new-generation Ford Ranger Double Cab (2023 onwards) and take knocks from rocks and ruts before they reach your sills. They double as a side step, so climbing in or reaching the roof rack is easier too.

On a rutted farm road or a rocky pass, it's the panel under the doors that catches first, and once a sill is caved in it's an expensive panel to put right. The Premium Rock Sliders sit outboard of that panel and take the knock instead, while giving you a solid step to stand on when you're loading gear or checking the roof rack.

Will these fit my Ford Ranger?

What is the difference between Premium and Standard?
The Premium sliders come with stainless steel treadplates as standard, while the Standard sliders come with black powder-coated treadplates. Ask us if you're unsure which suits your Ranger.

Do these protect my doors?
They protect the door sills and lower body panels below the doors, and double as a side step. They are not designed to protect the doors themselves.

Can I use them as a recovery point?
They give you a jacking point for a high-lift jack. They are not a rated recovery point, so still use a proper recovery point for a strap or shackle.

Do they come with fitting instructions?
