Overview
The Hi-Lift® Cast/Steel Jack (HL-484) is a proven off-road recovery tool that can lift, winch, clamp, and spread—ideal for 4x4 touring and recovery situations. This cast/steel version delivers the same functionality as the all-cast jack, but uses four stamped high-strength steel parts to keep cost down while still meeting Hi-Lift’s quality standards and ASME B30.1-2015 requirements.
When you’re off-road, the right jack isn’t only for changing a tyre—it’s for solving problems when you’re stuck, belly-out, or need controlled movement in awkward terrain. Many jacks aren’t built for real recovery demands. The Hi-Lift Cast/Steel Jack gives clients a versatile, field-proven tool that helps you lift a vehicle, assist with winching, or clamp gear when needed—so you’re not relying on luck or improvisation when conditions get tough in the Western Cape or anywhere in South Africa.
4Matt Campers in Cape Town helps clients across the Western Cape choose recovery gear that matches real travel conditions in South Africa. If you’re unsure which jack size or accessories you need (base, handle keeper, mounting brackets), we’ll guide you so your setup is safe, practical, and ready when you need it.
Want a proven off-road jack that does more than lift? Enquire now with 4Matt Campers in Cape Town for the Hi-Lift® Cast/Steel Jack (HL-484) and we’ll help you choose the right accessories and mounting options for your vehicle.
