This is the Ironman 4x4 Foam Cell Pro strut shock absorber in the Performance version, part 45885FE, listed for the Ford Everest UB (from 2023). It has Foam Cell technology, a twin-wall design and steel construction, and each shock is tuned to the vehicle it is made for.
Shock absorbers do their hardest work on rough roads, with a load on board or a trailer on the back. This one uses Foam Cell technology, which stops the gas mixing with the hydraulic fluid and so limits cavitation, in a twin-wall steel body built for tough use. The strut is also coil adjustable, so the spring rate and height can be set to suit your load.
4Matt Campers is an Ironman 4x4 dealer serving customers in Cape Town. Send us your vehicle details and we will confirm the part number and fit before you order.
Shocks are vehicle specific, so the exact model, year and suspension setup matter.
Shocks work best as part of a complete setup. Browse our suspension range for springs and related parts, check other 4x4 parts and accessories, and see the full Ironman 4x4 range.
