The Lippert Single Entry Step (12V) is an automatic electric step built from lightweight aluminium and steel, with a pendulum motion for smooth extension. It's made for caravan and motorhome doorways, with an anti-slip footboard and a rated 300 lb weight capacity.
Caravan and motorhome steps take knocks from grit, salt air and constant use, and ordinary hinges or bushings can wear out or seize. This step runs on brass bushes for smooth movement over time, with galvanised and epoxy-coated steel parts to resist salt fog, and a sealed, waterproof sensor that warns if the step is left open. A thermal breaker protects the motor if it's ever put under too much strain.
Our Western Cape team can help you check this step suits your caravan or motorhome before ordering.
