This kit uses a PWM controller, which is the right economical choice for a single 100W panel. If you plan to grow past roughly 200W, or you are charging lithium, an MPPT controller such as the Rover Li will recover noticeably more energy — ask us before you buy twice.

Does it include a battery?
No. The kit is panel, controller, brackets and cable — the battery is separate. Tell us your power needs and we will size one.
Can I add another panel later?
Yes — the Wanderer 30A controller has capacity beyond a single 100W panel.
Is PWM good enough?
For one 100W panel, yes. Past roughly 200W, or on a lithium bank, MPPT recovers meaningfully more energy.
Will it run a fridge?
A 100W panel supports a modest 12V fridge in good sun, but runtime depends on your battery. Let us size the whole system rather than guess.
